I have rebooted the computer with the webcam attached. I have reinstalled Office completely, I have closed and exited out of anything that could potentially use a webcam. Troubleshooting: I have reinstalled the webcam and the Logitech software. However, when I go to Skype to change the Video Settings, there are no Video Settings like everyone else. I have then installed a webcam on a HP Desktop that is hooked up to a 32" TV for one of our Visually Impaired Employees, the Logitech software and driver was installed and shows the webcam working and everything. I have installed two cameras that are on HP Elitebooks (Dual Monitors with Dock, so they don't use the built in Webcam) Backstory: We are rolling out a few Logitech C615 Webcams to our Customer Service department.
